As a family practice clinic located at 206 E. 16th Street in Dalhart, we offer services to you that encompass a wide variety of health care needs, from sick visits to wellness visits, minor surgery and obstetrics care. Dalhart Family Medicine Clinic also offers immunizations and Texas Health Step Physicals as part of our wellness care for the community.

How to Prepare for Your Appointment
New patients, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
Texas Health Step Physicals, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
All patients, please sign in upon arrival, have your insurance card available for the receptionist and be prepared to pay for your office visit or co-pay.
Appointment schedule
8:20-11:20 in the morning
1:00-4:20 in the afternoon
Telephones are answered from 7:30am-5pm and a receptionist is available during the lunch hour.
